"I have a similar experience to Alexis’ comments. The staff is friendly and efficient when providing quotes but if you try to service or cancel your policy and they make you jump through hoops. Staff told me that it is an underwriters policy that we provide our declarations page of my new insurance in order to cancel my current policy. This is completely made up and I believe this is requested in order to make it more difficult to cancel or give the staff an opportunity to bad mouth my new insurance company."

"Absolutely horrible agent at the worst insurance company. Where do I begin, trying to get information or cancel policies is an absolute nightmare. Not only does State Farm require that I send them my declarations page in order to cancel a current policy (ID card is not sufficient) any refunds are processed in 3-5 weeks and are sent via mail. Instead of making their clients lives easier and just refunding the card that was originally charged, State Farm delays, delays delays. No one can give a proper explanation why the declarations page is require or why physical refunds checks are emailed. The entire company just passes the blame to other departments. It is a complete joke!!! Please take this as a warning!! Do not do business with this company. Purchasing the policy will be easy enough but trying to get a straight answer or cancelling your policy is a nightmare."
